Psalm 84
“Therefore the Lord longs to be gracious to you, And therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; How blessed are all those who long for Him.”

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
The grace I have for you is cultivated. It is not wild. It is not found out there in the world amongst the masses. No, this grace I have was especially cultivated for you — for your tastes, enjoyment and personal delight. This is not grace to share with the world. It’s private grace, cultivated and brought into the secret place just for you. Don’t shout it from the rooftops. Enjoy it in the privacy and secret place of rest and enjoyment with Me. Delight in it, and let it bring you strength and refreshing. Let it bring sweetness to your soul where much has been bitter, dry or tasteless.
“What pleasure fills those who live every day in your temple, enjoying you as they worship in your presence! Pause in his presence. How enriched are they who find their strength in the Lord; within their hearts are the highways of holiness!”
Psalms 84:4-5 TPT
This is a time and a gift of intimacy, rest and delight in Me. My grace is available to you in many forms and flavors. It will equip you for what is next. It will propel you into places of favor and great opportunities as you grab hold of and take in the delights of My manifold graces on offer. This is a private time of equipping and restoring. Don’t make it public. Keep it to yourself, and enjoy it to the fullest. All the flavors of My grace being made available to you will give you a rainbow covering of favor over your life that cannot be ignored. It will be like once you are led by My Spirit from this hidden place of feasting on My grace, favor will mark you, will follow you, will chase you and greet you wherever you go.
“God, your wraparound presence is our defense. In your kindness look upon the faces of your anointed ones. For just one day of intimacy with you is like a thousand days of joy rolled into one! I’d rather stand at the threshold in front of the Gate Beautiful, ready to go in and worship my God, than to live my life without you in the most beautiful palace of the wicked.”

This is a new time and a totally new season in your life. The wilderness time is done. Pick My graces. Get away with Me in the secret place. Delight in Me. Get your infusion of all kinds of grace from Me — in the place of rest, abiding and intimacy. And I will lead you out from here with My favor. This is a refueling for the days ahead. Don’t skip it. Don’t cut it short. It’s my provision of grace and rest for you that will supercharge your days ahead.
How to Respond
- Pray, Lord, thank You for leading me out of the wilderness into this private, secret garden filled with your especially cultivated graces for me. Help me to not rush ahead or miss any part of this. I want to be found in the place of rest, restoration, refueling and recovery for as long as You want to revive me here. I want to take on board every kind of grace You’ve made available to me. Thank You Lord. And thank You for the promise of Your favor that will surround and overtake me when You guide me forward from here.
- Declare, “For the Lord God is brighter than the brilliance of a sunrise! Wrapping himself around me like a shield, he is so generous with his gifts of grace and glory. Those who walk along his paths with integrity will never lack one thing they need, for he provides it all! O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, what euphoria fills those who forever trust in you!”
Psalms 84:11-12 TPT - Decree, I will get in the secret place of the Lord and feast on His faithfulness and grace. I will protect the intimacy and sweetness of this place, as I experience the Lord’s refreshing, refueling and strengthening by His joy for the days ahead. I will go out from this place filled with the manifold, cultivated graces of God, and His favor will mark me, cover me, chase me down and greet me wherever I go.
