“Yahweh is my strength and my wraparound shield. When I fully trust in you, help is on the way. I jump for joy and burst forth with ecstatic, passionate praise! I will sing songs of what you mean to me! You will be the inner strength of all your people, Yahweh, the mighty protector of all, and the saving strength for all your anointed ones. Save your people whom you love, and bless your chosen ones. Be our shepherd leading us forward, forever carrying us in your arms!”

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
We’re coming into troubling times. We’re in and heading deeper into very stormy waters. Trust My shield of faith to save you and protect you from incoming fire and from the muck the waves churn up. Let the fire of My love in your soul burn with such ferocity and intensity that you can be seen for miles and miles. Trust your instincts and trust your passions — as they are submitted fully to Me and held in a bridle for which I hold the reins. This is the key to succeed in this place. Let My gentle but firm hand hold the bridle of your emotions, your fire and your speech. As you turn that over into My hand, you will be astounded by what I permit to come forth. Astounded. In this arrangement, I have more for you to say than when you held the reins yourself. Isn’t it funny how the key to true freedom is giving Me full access, full, free rein in every part of your life, in every aspect of your heart, mind, body and soul? You will be astonished with the things I inspire you to say in this new arrangement.
“His tympanic thunder topples the strongest of trees. His symphonic sound splinters the mighty forests. Now he moves Zion’s mountains by the might of his voice, shaking the snowy peaks with his earsplitting sound! The lightning-fire flashes, striking as he speaks. God reveals himself when he makes the fault lines quake, shaking deserts, speaking his voice. God’s mighty voice makes the deer to give birth. His thunderbolt-voice lays the forest bare. In his temple all fall before him with each one shouting, “Glory, glory, the God of glory!” Above the furious flood, the Enthroned One reigns, the King-God rules with eternity at his side. This is the one who gives his strength and might to his people. This is the Lord giving us his kiss of peace.”

Walk forward in the new day. Test it out. People will be taken aback by the new level of boldness, even as its delivery and your very person is wrapped in My grace. These are the Days of Thunder. And as My fully submitted ones rise up and speak the words I put in their mouths — as they do the work I show them to do, they will see Satan fall like lightning. These are days of My power being exhibited and boldly brought forth in the Earth for conquests that accomplish My purposes — not to bring fame or attention to a man, a woman or any other name but the Name above all Names.
“Your people will be your love offerings. In the day of your mighty power you will be exalted, and in the brightness of your holy ones you will shine as an army arising from the womb of the dawn, anointed with the dew of your youth!”
Psalms 110:3 TPT
This season of My power, My Name will be exalted alone. Mohammed’s name will bow. Satan will be crushed under the feet of My people — My submitted lovers. Buddah will bow, and every false idol under heaven will bow to the Name above all Names. Welcome to the Days of Thunder. Trust My guiding, My leading, and be led forth in full joy. You have every reason to relish this.
How to Respond
- Worship the Lord and submit every aspect of your life, heart, soul and mind to Him.
- Pray, Lord, You take the lead. I give You my heart, mind, soul and life. Where You lead, I will follow. I will not try to move forward at my own speed in the direction I reason I see as best. I want to be led only by Your Spirit. I choose to hide Myself inside of Your powerful wraparound shield of faith. What You inspire me to say, help me to say it boldly. I want the fire of the passion of My burning for You to be seen far and wide.
- Declare, “Trust in the Lord completely, and do not rely on your own opinions. With all your heart rely on him to guide you, and he will lead you in every decision you make. Become intimate with him in whatever you do, and he will lead you wherever you go. Don’t think for a moment that you know it all, for wisdom comes when you adore him with undivided devotion and avoid everything that’s wrong.”
— Proverbs 3:5-7 TPT - Decree, The Lord has named these the Days of Thunder. We are in stormy seas and heading into even more troubling times. But the Lord is my wraparound shield. He has full access and full rights to every aspect of my life, heart, mind and soul. He holds the reins to my passion and my mouth. I will exercise those as He leads me. His power will be displayed in the Earth with signs, wonders and healing. I will be a willing and submitted vessel for that power to be made known. And He will get all of the glory in the Earth now and forever and ever.
