I heard the Spirit of the Living God say, 
Arise from the ashes oh eagles of prey. My eagles have been in the ashes of mourning, loss and nearly despair. They have been at the razor’s edge of despair for what has been lost, broken, stolen and delayed. Arise oh eagles. Rise you war eagles, and remember you are birds of prey. You are the hunters, not the hunted. The one who hunts you does so illegally. But all that you hunt, seek and desire is yours for the keeping. I Am turning the tables. Where My war eagles have been in mourning and in ashes, I Am calling you to rise and fly again.

Cherish My words. Cherish My Presence, and recognize My grace. Recognize My enabling power that is strengthening and equipping you to carry and to do the good works I’ve prepared for you in advance. Knowledge is great. Knowing without doing is meaningless. If I have given you knowing and understanding and placed a burden on your heart, your right response is “Lord, what am I to do?” Faith without works is dead. Knowledge without action is like beautiful flower petals being blown in the wind.

Get ready to win. My triumph is here, and it is overwhelming. It is overcoming what looked and felt like sure defeat. You may not have given voice to it, but you were sure that this was an unrecoverable loss. But I Am the God of overcoming, and I Am the one who overwhelms defeat. I defeated the grave. Let your worry turn into a praise. And make the concerns of your heart a prayer. Those thoughts and conflicts and stressors that come to mind, turn them into a praise for righteous outcomes, for victorious outcomes, for turnarounds and for good. Those thorns, those thistles and briars that prick at you and cause you irritation, pain, frustration and even heartache, make them a song and a prayer to Me. Turn every thought into a praise or a prayer. This is how to discipline your mind in these days. Take the thought captive as soon as you have it. Allow no arguments to manifest inside of your head. Instead, sing a song of praise for a righteous outcome. Pray a prayer of victory for the most beautiful way forward.

Tragedies have come, and they have settled in your heart burdening your soul and making you weary from within. You see the pain all around. And you feel it deeply. You have taken it on as your own. But I already did that. I already did that.

Accept My embrace. Allow Me to hold you, to comfort you, to set your heart and mind and body at ease just as a mother or father would do for a dearly loved child. This is a time where I long to sweep you up in my arms. The road has been hard. The battles have been long, messy and difficult, and now it’s time to regroup. It’s time to rest in My arms, and receive the strength, encouragement, refreshing and comfort required for the days ahead. The battles are not over. The war you are in is not yet won. Of course every victory, every battle and every war is already won in Me. But the battle as you see it, the war as it stretches out in front of you still requires your obedience, your connection to Me and your fight.

Is not all My work finished? Then why do you stress? Why do you worry? It is completed. Rest in the completed work of the Cross, and rest in the work that I completed after the sixth day of Creation. It is all finished. You are simply participating in My finished work. You are truly and actually only warring from a place of victory if you are in the battles I have assigned to you. I only assign battles that have been won. Now if you’re out there picking fights or running wars that I have not assigned, there is no guarantee. But all that I have assigned has been purposed and determined before I set the stars in place, before time began.

Choices for victory. Choices for overcoming. Choices for marching forward to the next battle and into new territory. Choices for victory are coming. Choices for victory will present themselves. Will you have the courage and the decisiveness to slay the giant before you? I will bring the victory directly to you, but you will have the choice to grasp, to grab hold of the victory by destroying the works of the enemy and silencing his voice.
