Today’s Reading:
Psalm 91
Psalm 133
Psalm 46
Psalm 119

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭91‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Trust Me to deliver you from the hand of the fowler and to protect you from the wicked’s net. Grace and peace are here to walk the very narrow road. Understanding your boundaries brings freedom, joy and peace. It’s not a limitation. It’s not a stifling mechanism. My boundaries are for your good, for your expansion and for your prosperity. Rejoice over the narrow way, because few walk on it. Few come here.

“How truly wonderful and delightful it is to see brothers and sisters living together in sweet unity! It’s as precious as the sacred scented oil flowing from the head of the high priest Aaron, dripping down upon his beard and running all the way down to the hem of his priestly robes. This harmony can be compared to the dew dripping from Mount Hermon, which flows down upon the hills of Zion. Indeed, that is where Yahweh has decreed his blessings will be found, the promise of life forevermore!”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭133‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭TPT‬‬

It appears to be a road where there is only room for one to walk at a time. It appears to require single file walking. But you’d be surprised how many can fit on this path together, when they choose and agree to walk in unity. Don’t look at the tight outlines of the path and perceive that others cannot come with you. Don’t look at this and say, I must go it alone. Just as I cause the path to rise before you, I can also cause it to expand to fit those who will walk well in this way, who will walk faithfully in this way. Rejoice. Sing for joy! And delight in this new narrow path before you. This is for off-roading in unity. This is for adventures and grace in ways and experiences that you have never experienced before. My favor will continue to be your portion and meet you along the way. Rely on Me. Trust Me.

“God, you’re such a safe and powerful place to find refuge! You’re a proven help in time of trouble— more than enough and always available whenever I need you.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭46‬:‭1‬ ‭TPT‬‬

You see how I protect you, uphold you, guide you and surround you? See how I ensure that you are not met with destruction and you are able to escape chaos? Allow those to anchor you and be the confidence and historical guideposts, the testimonies that cause your footing to be even more sure on the path ahead. Allow these testimonies of My truth, love and faithfulness to steady you along the way. Rejoice, for you have overcome. Rejoice, for I Am the overcomer — of the world, Satan and his thrones, sin, hell, death and the grave, I have anointed you to prosper, so walk forward in full, everlasting joy on this narrow way.

How to Respond

  • Pray, Lord, thank You that You are the overcomer. Thank You for protecting me, for making a way for me and for bringing me to the narrow path that makes my decisions easier. Thank you that though the path is narrow, there is plenty of room for expansion when others come and we choose to walk in unity.
  • Declare, “Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous rules. Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble. I hope for your salvation, O Lord, and I do your commandments. My soul keeps your testimonies; I love them exceedingly. I keep your precepts and testimonies, for all my ways are before you.”
    ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭119‬:‭164‬-‭168‬ ‭ESV‬‬
  • Decree, The Lord God Almighty is the King of All. He makes a way where there is no way, and He enables me to triumph. He upholds me, protects me and makes me to overcome, just as He has. He has provided great grace and favor. His testimonies of faithfuness in my life secure my footing for the days ahead. I will walk in unity on the narrow path with those who love the Lord more than they love their lives.
