Ezekiel 36
John 8
“I will take you from every nation and country and bring you back home to your own land. I will sprinkle purifying water over you, and you will be cleansed from all the filth of your past. I will wash you clean from the defilement of worshiping false gods. I will graciously give you a new, tender heart and put a new, willing spirit inside you. I will remove your hard heart of stone and give you an obedient, responsive heart instead.”
Ezekiel 36:24-26 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Prodigals are coming home. Hearts of stone will become like marshmallow. You will experience a sudden soft sweetness where before there was stoniness, callousness and bitterness. I will flood the zone with My righteousness and love. Those who were once heading determinedly one way will experience a deluge from behind. They will just be overwhelmed by a revelation and the experience of My righteousness and love. Where they were heavy and shrouded and filled by darkness, they will cling to the darkness no more.
“Lord Yahweh says: ‘When I cleanse you from all your guilt and shame, I will cause your ruined cities to be rebuilt and repopulated again. You will once more farm your barren land. It will not be abandoned anymore, and everyone who passes by will notice it. And they will say: “Look how this once barren land is now like the garden of Eden! All those empty, abandoned cities left in ruins are now strongholds, restored cities with people living in them.”

This will be a time where the world will truly understand that people are being made new. Being born again is the only way that will accurately describe the total transformations experienced, witnessed and seen. Many will go from dark to light. Many will go from bound to free. Many will go from the grave to life. The lightness of the atmosphere that surrounds them will be so holy, so pure, so energized with life that it will act as a magnetic force field pulling many in darkness to them — to receive the light, to perceive the light, to comprehend and be touched and transformed by the light. We are entering wild days where newborn believers are instantaneous evangelists. Theology will have to run alongside them, because the experience of my love will rule the day. Discipleship will have to happen like a horse galloping beside a chariot well on its way.
“And the nations around you will know that I, Yahweh, have rebuilt the ruined places and replanted what was once desolate. I, Yahweh, make this promise and will do it.’ “Lord Yahweh says: ‘People of Israel, as a sign of my favor, I will once again answer your prayers. I will cause your population to increase until you are like a large flock of sheep. You will be as numerous as the huge flock of sacrificial animals in Jerusalem during her solemn feasts. Your cities that were once filled with rubble will be filled with flocks of people. And then you will know that I am Yahweh.’”

Get ready. Many prodigals are coming home to Me. They will be filled with love — sparkling, shining and bright. They will be filled and overflowing with love, and they will be quite unruly. They will tell the world what love has done, what the Lord Christ Jesus has done. And the details in the Book will be fed, caught and eaten along the way. Be ready to run alongside them, because they will not sit still. They will not wait or delay. This is the rise of the immediate evangelists. They will simply have to say, look what the Lord has done! I was blind, but now I see. I was lost, but now I’m found. I was bound, but now I’m free. Don’t you want to be made whole like me? It will be that simple. And the fish will jump in the boat. These are those days.
How to Respond
- Pray, Lord, let it be as You have said. Thank You for catching prodigals totally off-guard and flooding them with a revelation and experience of Your righteousness and love. Help me to be their cheerleader and champion. Help me to make myself available, and put me into position to effectively disciple them. Bring them all home to You Lord. You know how long I have prayed this prayer. Bring each and every one home to You — to freedom, to love, to rebirth.

— John 8:36 TPT - Decree, These are the days of the immediate evangelists. The Lord is sneaking up on prodigals with an unexpected downpour of His love and righteousness, and He is setting people free. He is saving, delivering, healing and rebirthing them. And they will not be complacent, silent or still. They will run out into the darkness, and those in the dark will run to them. They will speak from the heart, and many will be set free. Discipleship will run alongside these newborn evangelists as they tell the whole world how Jesus set them free.
