I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Where chaos has ruled over hearts and cluttered and disabled minds — by rendering minds too full, too contentious, too disorganized and too stressed — I Am calming those stormy seas inside. I Am the peace that passes all understanding, and you have full access to Me. Even now I Am stilling the stormy waters of your mind, heart and soul, so you can think, so you can pray, so you can strategize for war — so you can win. Where the enemy has come in — like a flood, I raise a standard against him. My standard is peace. My standard is love. My standard is purity, truth and all that is good.
““I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—instead, be courageous!”

I’m moving to quiet and hush internal storms, even as the external ones get hotter. This will be a time of unprecedented clarity, vitality and effectiveness for My lovers — for those who wage war in the Spirit by My instruction — for those who did not abort mission, for those who continue to man their posts. Even though it seems the storm inside you has been equal to or greater than the one outside of you, still you held your ground. I Am coming in to silence the voice of the enemy in your soul. This peace is the place from which you can do great exploits. This peace is the place from which I will stir great creativity inside of you to embarrass, trip and trap your enemies. Creativity does not flow well in a place of chaos, anxiety and fear. Creativity flows from a heart, soul and mind of peace. And you need creativity in this time. I Am stirring it up inside you. Have the courage to use it, to display it, to put it to work, even though it may feel outlandish, even if it may seem like it could offend. The enemy will be offended as long as you are standing and breathing. Why should you care if you offend him and those in his camp?
“I’m so happy when I think of you, because everyone knows the testimony of your deep commitment of faith. So I want you to become scholars of all that is good and beautiful, and stay pure and innocent when it comes to evil. And the God of peace will swiftly pound Satan to a pulp under your feet! And the wonderful favor of our Lord Jesus will surround you.”
Romans 16:19-20 TPT
This is the time where the joy of the Lord will be your strength, and you will be able, from this place of deep, soul peace to powerfully and decisively overthrow the works of the enemy — not by running around like a chicken with his head cut off. But by abiding in the place of perfect peace and rest, by sitting in the clarity and creativity that I provide and by making decisive moves from that spot. My champions are having their hearts, minds and souls calmed and quieted by My perfect peace. Watch how you can terrorize the enemy so effectively from that place.
How to Respond
- Pray, Lord, thank You that You are moving to calm the storm inside of me. Where there has been chaos, anxiety and disarray, bring Your perfect peace. Bring Your transformative love and stir up the creativity I need to wage war effectively in this time.
- Declare, “So here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Leave all your cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord, and measureless grace will strengthen you. He will watch over his devoted lovers, never letting them slip or be overthrown. He will send all my enemies to the pit of destruction. Murderers, liars, and betrayers will face an untimely death. My life’s hope and trust is in you, and you’ll never fail to rescue me!”
Psalms 55:22-23 TPT - Decree, The Lord has seen my struggles and honored my stand. He is coming in — in His perfect peace to calm the storm in my mind, heart and soul. He is raising up a standard against the enemy in my life. And He is stirring up creativity, energy, vitality and a sense of humor with which to take on, overthrow, disrupt and embarrass the enemy and those with him. I will not back down. I will not be afraid. I will not be silenced.
