Proverbs 8
“All the declarations of my mouth can be trusted; they contain no twisted logic or perversion of the truth. All my words are clear and straightforward to everyone who possesses spiritual understanding. If you have an open mind, you will receive revelation-knowledge.”
Proverbs 8:8-9 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Choices are coming that are marked with change — big change and little change. Your life will be completely covered in and marked with change. Big change and little change is on the way. You can choose to stay stationary and reject the change. Or you can choose to receive the change and get into a flow that moves. The flow of this moving change is for unity and advancement. It is not for stagnation and stalling out. It is not to turn your wheels with no progress and dig further into the place where you have stood. No this is for 4-wheel drive. I will give you the ability, the grace to power out of the seeming sinkhole of stagnation — where your tire tracks only seem to dig you deeper into staying the same.
“You will find true success when you find me, for I have insight into wise plans that are designed just for you. I hold in my hands living-understanding, courage, and strength. I empower kings to reign and rulers to make laws that are just. I empower princes to rise and take dominion, and generous ones to govern the earth.”
Proverbs 8:14-16 TPT
Forward motion, progress and ease, and movement with alacrity will mark your days ahead — as you choose change, as you take the ideas, test them, try them, keep some and discard others. This is a time of quick iterating, where the first choice may not be the final answer. So get into the mode of experimentation. Try one way, evaluate — keep or discard and then move on. As you choose change, the days of stagnation and hole digging are done. And days of quick, steady advancement will be here.
“What I impart has greater worth than gold and treasure, and the increase I bring benefits more than a windfall of income. I lead you into the ways of righteousness to discover the paths of true justice. Those who love me gain great wealth and a glorious inheritance, and I will fill their lives with treasures.””
Proverbs 8:19-21 TPT
Partners for success will find you, will be met along the way. Don’t worry about the how. Don’t worry about the why. Just follow My peace, My pleasure and My yes, and see that new terrain, better footing and smoother roads are ahead. What used to take days will take minutes. What once took months will take hours. This is My grace on your new way forward. Choose it and rejoice. Be agile and teachable enough to experiment and make quick choices, quick judgement calls here. This is My gift for you in the awakening. Move forward well.
How to Respond
- Pray, Lord, help me to change gears. Help me to see the choices You bring, and to make them in accordance with the impulses of Your Spirit — in alignment with Your movement, Your instruction, Your peace and good pleasure. Help me to be okay with not getting everything right the first try. Help me to get into the mode of experimenting and iterating to find my new way forward.
- Declare, “So listen, my sons and daughters, to everything I tell you, for nothing will bring you more joy than following my ways. Listen to my counsel, for my instruction will enlighten you. You’ll be wise not to ignore it. If you wait at wisdom’s doorway, longing to hear a word for every day, joy will break forth within you as you listen for what I’ll say. For the fountain of life pours into you every time that you find me, and this is the secret of growing in the delight and the favor of the Lord.”
Proverbs 8:32-35 TPT - Decree, The Lord has provided a way for me to get out of the ruts I have been stuck in. He is making a way for me to escape the hole that I have been digging. And He is presenting me with opportunities and choices for change. I will choose those on which His pleasure, His yes and His peace rest upon. I will try new things, experiment and iterate without getting too attached to any particular plan. I will be agile and quick to make a new choice when things are not working. The Lord’s grace is here for my change, and I am moving forward.
