Psalm 29
“O Judah, your brothers will praise you. You will conquer your foes in battle, And your father’s sons will bow down before you.”

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Glorious transitions are here. Great, wide, glorious transitions are here. As He spoke that I saw in a vision that the Lord was celebrating the ethnicities. He was celebrating the diversity of cultures and peoples that He created. Then in my spirit I felt this quiet anticipation, this expectation. I asked the Lord to explain what that anticipation was, and He said,
My good will pounce like a lioness in the night. My good will apprehend the nation like a lioness pounces on her cub to protect him, to snatch him from the jaws of one stronger than him.
“Judah, my son, you are like a young lion who has devoured its prey and departed. Like a lion, he crouches and lies down, and like a lioness—who dares to awaken him?”
Genesis 49:9 TPT
Your nation is like a lion’s whelp, and I Am rising like a furious and ferocious lioness whose cub has been stolen. Don’t think I won’t pounce. I’m crouched even now, and I have the greatest advantage. The enemy will not steal this nation from Me. He will not silence your voice. He will not snuff out the flame. And he will no longer be permitted to make a mockery of My strength, My ferocity and the protectiveness with which I cover this nation.
I Am pouncing like a lioness in the night. I will punish the adversary in a place that no one or very few can see. And America will awake to a new day — with the predator silenced, with the laughing of the hyena silenced, and with My inheritance saved from the jaws of defeat, oppression, moral decay and irreversible corruption. Even from those jaws I will retrieve her. And she will rest safely in my arms again. I never left her. She is the one who wandered from Me. She is the one who left the safety of My den. But I Am bringing her back. I will cover her, protect her and remake her into something wonderful again, into something glorious, enviable and magnificent again.
“The scepter of rulership will not be taken from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from his descendants, until the Shiloh comes and takes what is due him, for the obedience of nations belongs to him.”
Genesis 49:10 TPT
I will exalt and reestablish America as a city on a shining hill — as the place where My footstool rests and the place to which and from which My glory flows. I Am reestablishing America on the high places And she will not be moved.
How to Respond
- Worship the Lord in anticipation of His great deliverance.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for hovering over this nation, even when we wandered far from You. Thank You for loving us, for protecting us and for never forsaking us. Restore us again Lord. Reestablish us again. Retrieve us from the jaws of the oppressor, the thief and the adversary, so we can live in the full and complete freedom Jesus’s blood purchased for us.
- Declare, “God’s mighty voice makes the deer to give birth. His thunderbolt-voice lays the forest bare. In his temple all fall before him with each one shouting, “Glory, glory, the God of glory!” Above the furious flood, the Enthroned One reigns, the King-God rules with eternity at his side. This is the one who gives his strength and might to his people. This is the Lord giving us his kiss of peace.”
Psalms 29:9-11 TPT - Decree, The Lord is pouncing on the enemy and retrieving America from the jaws of oppression, moral decay, corruption and defeat. He is punishing the enemy in the enemy’s territory, and America will wake up to a new day. The glory of the Lord will flow into and from America as He reestablishes us as His appointed city on a hill.
