“Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glory now streams from you! Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth, and thick clouds covers the nations, but Yahweh arises upon you and the brightness of his glory appears over you! Nations will be attracted to your radiant light and kings to the sunrise-glory of your new day.”

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
I’m setting down a marker that cannot be moved. From this point I will build upon the virtues I have established in your life. I will create latticework upon which My Spirit can rest. You are the temple of the Most High, and it is My joy to rest on you. It is your privilege and honor to be rested upon. I rest on My lovers who bear My Name and seek My face.
“Those who repent I baptize with water, but there is coming a man after me who is more powerful than I. In fact, I’m not even worthy enough to pick up his sandals. He will submerge you into union with the Spirit of Holiness and with a raging fire! He comes with a winnowing fork in his hands and comes to his threshing floor to sift what is worthless from what is pure. And he is ready to sweep out his threshing floor and gather his wheat into his granary, but the straw he will burn up with a fire that can’t be extinguished!””

This is an adulterous generation with mixture in their belief systems, in their worship and in their offering. I Am coming to separate the wheat from the chaff in their hearts. I Am coming to set souls on fire, and only what is pure shall remain. And among those whose souls are pure, whose hearts are pure even now, I will cause My Spirit to light on you afresh.
You have heard it rightly said that My Spirit lives within you to strengthen, encourage, comfort and empower you. It’s for you that I dwell inside of you, and it’s for the benefit and to the ministry of others that My Spirit rests upon you. This is a season to be empowered, emboldened and led by My Spirit in a fresh way — not just to fulfill purpose and destiny — but to allow that purpose and destiny to unfold along the way as My Spirit enables you to reach people, connect with people, touch people and drop My power right into the heart of a matter as you encounter people along the way. The journey is the point.
“But I promise you this—the Holy Spirit will come upon you, and you will be seized with power. You will be my messengers to Jerusalem, throughout Judea, the distant provinces —even to the remotest places on earth!””
Acts 1:8 TPT
Allow My Spirit to burn brightly and hotly and powerfully within you, and watch as My tongues of fire even rest atop your head. This is a season of power. It’s a season birthed by My power and marked and indwelled by My Spirit as evidenced by My heat, My fire, My passion and My power. This is that time. You will see and be a part of the power of My Spirit being made manifest. This is that time, and the power is Mine. I issue it forth, and it can easily be sent right through you, right from you by My Spirit. This is that time. Get ready to delight in the days and the exhibitions of My power. It’s here. It’s in you, and it will flow through you, because I am your God.
How to Respond
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for living inside of me and for your desire to rest upon me. Your presence is my delight, and I long to see Your power made real through me. Help me to be one whose heart remains pure, so I can be a safe and delightful place for Your Spirit to rest. Thank You for setting souls on fire in this time — to purify belief systems so You are the only One who remains in the hearts and minds of the people. Show us Your power Lord, and help us to play a part in its release and ministry.
- Declare, “Here is the message of Yahweh to Zerubbabel: “You will not succeed by military might nor by your own strength but by my Spirit,” says Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies.”
— Zechariah 4:6 TPT - Decree, I will keep my soul pure before the Lord. I will be a safe and delightful place for His Spirit to rest. I am one whose heart is aglow with a fiery passion for the Lord, and I will be a vessel for His power. This is a time where His power is being made manifest through those who love Him and seek His face. I will be one whose purpose and destiny is marked by the ministry of the Lord and His power all along my journey.
