Today’s Reading:
Psalm 1
Psalm 16
Psalm 92

“What delight comes to the one who follows God’s ways! He won’t walk in step with the wicked, nor share the sinner’s way, nor be found sitting in the scorner’s seat. His passion is to remain true to the Word of “I AM,” meditating day and night on the true revelation of light. He will be standing firm like a flourishing tree planted by God’s design, deeply rooted by the brooks of bliss, bearing fruit in every season of life. He is never dry, never fainting, ever blessed, ever prosperous.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭1‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
The righteous are like a well watered garden planted by the waters. The source of their anointing and strength never runs dry. They multiply effortlessly, and great grace is on them to grow. When evil tries to nest among them it cannot remain. It will not remain. It is driven out by the power of the spoken word, by the authority their words carry in this place that I have given them. And the evil that has tried to take a place among them will be expelled from their midst.

“You’ve said that those lying in wait to pounce on me would be defeated, and now it’s happened right in front of my eyes, and I’ve heard their cries of surrender! Yes! Look how you’ve made all your devoted lovers to flourish like palm trees, each one growing in victory, standing with strength! You’ve transplanted them into your heavenly courtyard, where they are thriving before you, for in your presence they will still overflow and be anointed. Even in their old age they will stay fresh, bearing luscious fruit and abiding faithfully. Listen to them! With pleasure they still proclaim: “You’re so good! You’re my beautiful strength! You’ve never made a mistake with me.””
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭92‬:‭11‬-‭15‬ ‭TPT‬‬

The righteous are like a well watered garden planted on the waters, whose fragrance rises up to the sky, whose beauty and effortlessness in living well is seen by all. Life in My grace does not look like a struggle. Even as difficulties come, My grace sets you apart in how you respond and is evidenced by the fact that you don’t get weighted down. Life lived in My grace is elegant and enviable. It is an attractive and highly unusual style of living when observed by others. It’s the lifestyle I’ve called you to live. It’s the lifestyle I’ve made available for you to live. I have wrapped you in My grace. So accept all it offers, and live as one who has been wrapped in My grace. You will be different. And that’s a good thing. Thats a very good thing. Let My Spirit rest on you, and then all of your works will succeed.

“The way you counsel me makes me praise you more, for your whispers in the night give me wisdom, showing me what to do next. Because I set you, Yahweh, always close to me, my confidence will never be weakened, for I experience your wraparound presence every moment. My heart and soul explode with joy—full of glory! Even my body will rest confident and secure.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭16‬:‭7‬-‭9‬ ‭TPT‬‬

The conditions for your success have been set. Choose to move forward in full joy, wrapped in My grace and as an appropriate and welcoming place where My Spirit dwells.

How to Respond

  • Pray, Lord, help me to shift my mindset and my style of living to that of one who is wrapped in Your grace and upon whom Your Spirit rests. I want to think and live differently. I want the ease that comes with the grace You have given. Thank You for setting me up for success. Help me to be an example and one who fully embraces the unfair advantages that come with being a child of the King.
  • Declare, “Your anointing has made me strong and mighty. You’ve empowered my life for triumph by pouring fresh oil over me.”
    ‭‭— Psalms‬ ‭92‬:‭10‬ ‭TPT‬‬
  • Decree, The Lord’s grace is wrapped around me. His Spirit rests upon me — for my good, for my prosperity and for my success. He has set the conditions for me to thrive. I choose to discipline my mindset to live differently — to live in grace rather than the stress that comes from operating in my own wisdom, with my own priorities under my own strength. He has anointed me and appointed me for victory. I will not fail.
