Today’s Reading:
Hebrews 3
Hebrews 6
Hebrews 12
The earth was rocked at the sound of his voice from the mountain, but now he has promised, “Once and for all I will not only shake the systems of the world, but also the unseen powers in the heavenly realm!” Now this phrase “once and for all” clearly indicates the final removal of things that are shaking, that is, the old order, so only what is unshakable will remain.
Hebrews 12:26-27 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Obedience is key. Trust is key. A light heart and a ready laugh are key. They make it so much easier. They make it all so much easier. Settle your trust of Me deep in your heart, and don’t be moved. A shaking is come.
So it is impossible for God to lie for we know that his promise and his vow will never change! And now we have run into his heart to hide ourselves in his faithfulness. This is where we find his strength and comfort, for he empowers us to seize what has already been established ahead of time—an unshakable hope! We have this certain hope like a strong, unbreakable anchor holding our souls to God himself. Our anchor of hope is fastened to the mercy seat in the heavenly realm beyond the sacred threshold,
Hebrews 6:18-19 TPT
Greater exposure is coming, but you are not to be shaken. You are not to be moved. You are to be so settled, so at ease, so secure and firm in your trust in Me that others look at you and say, “How are you so secure in the midst of this wild shaking? How is it that you are not rattled and spinning like me? Like the rest of us?” And you will be able to reach out a hand and settle their spirit and stop them from shaking as you tell them about Me, about the pure and simple Gospel of Truth, of the Kingdom of God and its King, Jesus, the Prince of all peace.
So search your hearts every day, my brothers and sisters, and make sure that none of you has evil or unbelief hiding within you. For it will lead you astray, and make you unresponsive to the living God. This is the time to encourage each other to never be stubborn or hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. For we are mingled with the Messiah, if we will continue unshaken in this confident assurance from the beginning until the end.
Hebrews 3:12-14 TPT
The shaking is assured. It is determined, and that is that. But you have rights to an unshakeable kingdom. I’m calling you to secure yourself now in Me. Review and assess your cords to Me. Firm up and restore any places that need attention, because the great shaking is determined. But I have called you and made a way for you to remain firm, steady, settled and at perfect peace through it all, thanks to My great salvation. Trust in Me. Rest in Me, reinforce and attend to your anchoring cords to Me. The shaking is upon us.
How to Respond
- Trust the Lord, and settle your deep, abiding trust of Him in your heart.
- Assess your relationship with the Lord and re-establish and repair any places that require it.
- Pray, Lord thank You that You have given me rights to an unshakeable kingdom. Thank You that my inheritance is secure and firm and unmovable in You. Help me to prepare my heart and reinforce every aspect of my relationship with You, so I can be well anchored and immovable in the shaking. Help me to be one who guides the shaken safely into Your arms.
- Declare, Since we are receiving our rights to an unshakable kingdom we should be extremely thankful and offer God the purest worship that delights his heart as we lay down our lives in absolute surrender, filled with awe. For our God is a holy, devouring fire!
— Hebrews 12:28-29 TPT - Decree, Great is the Lord and worth of all glory, honor and praise. He has given me rights and access to an unshakable kingdom, and I will be unmoved, unafraid, steady and firm when the shaking comes. I will be one whose trust in the Lord is secure. I will be one who lives light and with a ready laugh even in the midst of great uncertainty. I will be like a pillar of the Lord who guides the shaken ones directly to His heart for safety, for peace and for restoration.
