Today’s Reading:
Psalm 105
Psalm 107
Micah 6
At last, God freed all the Hebrews from their slavery and sent them away laden with the silver and gold of Egypt. And not even one was feeble on their way out!
Psalms 105:37 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God of All Creation say,
I Am Alpha and Omega — the cause and the completion. Everything finds its source and its ending in Me. I Am the God of every beginning and every end. Nothing is unfamiliar to Me. Nothing is a surprise to Me. Nothing catches Me off-guard. Moses walked the children of Israel and a mixed multitude right out of Egypt and across the Red Sea. I brought that end to slavery, and I brought that new chapter, that new beginning, that new identity of freedom. This is where we are.
Then we cried out, “Lord, help us! Rescue us!” And he did! His light broke through the darkness and he led us out in freedom from death’s dark shadow and snapped every one of our chains. So lift your hands and give thanks to God for his marvelous kindness and for his miracles of mercy for those he loves! For he smashed through heavy prison doors and shattered the steel bars that held us back, just to set us free!
Psalms 107:13-16 TPT
I have made a way for your nation to leave behind the slavery-debt system and to cross the Red Sea and the Jordan in short order. This time is different. For those whose hearts burn with the flames of freedom, liberty and justice, there is no need to wander in the desert for 40 years to kill off the slave mentality, to break off that dependency mindset. The brave will go into this new world as pioneers with hearts full of dreams and truth. And they won’t wait for permission from the institutions of man. They will hear a voice in their spirit urging them onward, driving them forward, and they will go.
So God brought out his chosen ones with singing; with a joyful shout they were set free! He gave them lands and nations, just like he promised. Fruitful lands of crops they had never planted were now theirs. All this was done for them so that they would be faithful to keep the ways of God, obeying his laws and following his truths. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
Psalms 105:43-45 TPT
This is the time of the new awakening. This is the time of the five-fold ministry. The apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers must all be in the mix. The apostles and the prophets will run out ahead. The evangelists, pastors and teachers will stay in the midst of the multitudes. This is the great awakening. This is more than the dawn of a new day, this is the crossing over. This is the establishment of a new day, a transformed identity and an alignment with destiny.
He has told you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?
Micah 6:8 NASB1995
Walk faithfully and in lockstep with the Lord your God. My every word will be your daily bread, the bread of life and the air you breathe. Walk closely with Me. I’ve brought you into a whole new world and a whole new realm of possibility. The limitations of Egypt don’t calculate here. This is the place of immeasurable freedom. Limitations and all that once bound you are done. This is a new day, but it is so much more than just a new day. It’s a new era and a new life. And here you will live in a totally previously unfathomable new way. The chains have been broken off. Say hello to freedom. Welcome to the place, the land of enduring freedom.
How to Respond
- Set your gaze on the Lord, and do not allow any mindset of limitation or lack to hold you where you are.
- Pray, Lord thank You that You have led us out of Egypt and across the Red Sea, and those whose hearts were primed and ready for true freedom, you’ve even led across the Jordan. Help me to hear Your voice clearly, to walk closely with You and to shed any limiting mindset or belief that will hinder me from running in full freedom into my destiny in this new day, new era and totally new way of life. Thank You Lord. What a gift. Help me to seize it with gusto completely.
- Declare, For God pours contempt upon their arrogant abuse of power, heaping scorn upon their princes, and makes them wander among ruins. But he raises up the poor and lowly with his favor, giving them a safe place to live where no one can touch them. God will grant them a large family and bless them! The lovers of God will rejoice when they see this. Good men are glad when the evil ones are silenced.
Psalms 107:40-42 TPT - Decree, Great is the faithfulness of the Lord. He led our forefathers out of Egypt, and He has now led us out too. We have crossed the Red Sea and the Jordan and no limitations can hold us back, no chains can any longer bind us. We have entered the realm and the era of limitless possibility and immeasurable freedom.
