Then another message from Yahweh came to me: “With his own hands, Zerubbabel has laid the foundation of this temple, and with his own hands he will finish it. Then you will know that Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, has sent me to you. “Those who despise the day of small beginnings will rejoice when they see Zerubbabel holding the plumb line in his hands. “The seven lamps represent the seven eyes of Yahweh that keep a close watch over everything on earth.”

Zerubbabel means seed of Babel (Babylon)
Zerubbabel applied enough pressure on the governing body of Babylon/Persia to be allowed to lead the people back to their Promised Land.

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Ambitions will fail. Raw ambition will fail. Truth will rise like a weed that cannot be destroyed. In the eyes of the ones who hate it, it will seem like an ugly and persistent weed that refuses to be destroyed. Yes it may look like a weed, but its leaves are for the healing of nations. The leaves of this weed, this humble and persistent plant will heal nations. It will set captives free.
Then many will stop following me and fall away, and they will betray one another and hate one another. And many lying prophets will arise, deceiving multitudes and leading them away from the path of truth. There will be such an increase of the sin of lawlessness that those whose hearts once burned with passion for God and others will grow cold. But hold your hope firmly to the end and you will experience life and deliverance.

Truth has been buried, but it is rising. And to those who look on, they will see a pattern among those weeds that are sprouting. They will recognize them as truth because they all have similar qualities. They all look the same. To those who want to harvest the truth to glean from its benefits, it is a very simple thing to do. But to those who want to uproot it, destroy it or take it down — it will bring great pain to their hands. Even if they have some level of success in their efforts, the truth will not be killed. It will persist.
These weeds of truth are rising and dotting the scene. I have made them to be hearty and glorious, so they can be seen and accessed in season and out of season.
Everything hidden and covered up will soon be exposed. For the facade is falling down, and nothing will be kept secret for long. Whatever you have spoken in private will be public knowledge, and what you have whispered secretly behind closed doors will be broadcast far and wide for all to hear.
Luke 12:2-3 TPT
The truth will crown this year. It may be ugly, unsightly and humble. But it will crown the year, and it will be an entry point for My Glory to come. Look for the weeds of new beginnings. They mark hidden truths that are sprouting now. These humble, even ugly and unsightly truths will cover the landscape. They will soon overrun and overtake the land.
How to Respond
- Pray, Lord, thank You that we are in days of exposure — even ugly exposure. Show me what my part is. Help me to be one who recognizes that I carry the responsibility of responding or acting in some way. Give me wisdom and help me to be part of taking in the truth, so I can be healed and set free from the lies that have previously beset me — even those lies that have done so without my knowledge. Lord, cause Your great justice to follow swiftly behind every exposure.
- Declare, Jesus said to those Jews who believed in him, “When you continue to embrace all that I teach, you prove that you are my true followers. For if you embrace the truth, it will release true freedom into your lives.”
John 8:31-32 TPT - Decree, This is a time of exposure where truths that have been suppressed will rise up in heartiness and persistence. They will not be killed or destroyed. Instead, they will bring healing, freedom and restoration to those who seek it. Those who seek to destroy and remove the truth will be found out and will be greatly injured in their attempts to do so. Their every attempt to destroy or dismantle truth will fail.
