God, you have to do something! Don’t be silent and just sit idly by. Can’t you see what they’re doing? All your enemies are stirred up in an uproar! They despise you, Lord. In their defiant arrogance they rise up to host their secret council against your people. They conspire together to come and harm your cherished ones—your hidden ones.
Psalms 83:1-3 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
I Am choosing horses to run. I’m reviewing the horses in My stable, and I’m choosing which ones to run.
As the Lord spoke this, I could see beautiful, powerful horses. It seemed like they were war horses that were also race horses. In the vision, the first horse I saw had a dark green racing mask on with the number 83, the second was a white and gray speckled horse with a gray racing mask and the number 17. The third horse I saw was wearing a dark red racing mask with the number 74. I had the sense that these numbers represented chapters in the book of Psalms.
Following your word has kept me from wrong. Your ways have molded my footsteps, keeping me from going down the paths of the violent. My steps follow in the tracks of your chariot wheels, always staying in their path, never straying from your way. You will answer me, God; I know you always will. Hear my words like you always do as you listen to my every prayer.
Psalms 17:4-6 TPT
Then I heard the Lord say, My grace involves a lot of secrecy on My part. I do a lot in secret to prepare the conditions for My grace to come on the scene. In the days that are coming and are now here, you will mount My powerful grace like a jockey mounts a racehorse, and the racehorse of My grace will run so fast, you will feel as though you are holding on for dear life. You will be moving with such power, momentum and speed that at times you may fear you’ve lost sight of the destination. Remember, the destination is always My heart. If you aim for My heart, you won’t miss the finish line. If you stay laser-focused, eyes trained on My heart, and your heart linked with My heart, you will never even run or drift outside of your appointed lane.
Turn your steps toward this devastation. Come running to bring your restoring grace to these ruins, to what the enemy has done to devastate your Holy Place.
Psalms 74:3 TPT
The racehorses I have appointed for this season are 83, 17 and 74. That is what you will see in the earth, and that is what you will experience in your life. My grace is eager and nosing up to the starting gate. You go ahead and mount that grace. It’s going to be a wild ride.
As I read the three chapters several times after hearing this word, it became clear that this is a time that the Lord is releasing justice in the world for the issues that correspond to those horses from my vision, and this is a very good thing. The order He showed me these horses and their numbers and colors are significant:
The first horse was wearing a dark green mask with the number 83.
- The color green represents prosperity, new life and eternal life.
- The number 83 represent nations who hate God and the people of God. 83 nations were united against Israel during the Hebraic year 5783.
- Psalms 83 speaks to justice for Israel against her enemies.
I believe this horse represents God's justice to restore the promise of eternal life and prosperity to the people of Israel by defeating her enemies.
The second horse was the white and grey speckled horse with a gray racing mask bearing the number 17.
- The color gray represents wisdom, honor, stability and wise counsel. White represents the Spirit of the Lord, purity and love.
- The number 17 resents the power of speech, victory that overcomes the world, perfection of spiritual order, the election of the elect of God, and the ending of one cycle and the beginning of a new one.
- Psalms 17 is a cry for personal justice for a lover of God who was persecuted for doing what is right and for speaking the truth.
I believe this horse represents God's justice for those who have operated in love, purity and the Spirit of the Lord and who have sought Him for wisdom and wise counsel. The justice represented by this horse is particularly for those who have been persecuted for their speech and actions of truth connected to God's divine order, God's will and the election of the elect of the Lord.
The third horse was wearing a dark red racing mask with the number 74.
- The color dark red represents the Spirit of the Lord, the healing Blood of Christ and redemption.
- The number 74 is the number of the Beast. It’s also the number of the union of the spiritual with the physical.
- Psalms 74 is a cry for justice for those who have witnessed and experienced the desecration of the Holy of Holies and the destruction of the Temple of the Lord.
I believe this horse represents God's justice for the Christian people and nations who have been made subject to the oppression of the Beast or Leviathan agenda. The Lord's justice is being released for all who have experienced and witnessed the desecration of the Holy of Holies and the utter destruction of the living temples to the Lord - which are the physical and spiritual bodies of the saints.
In short - I believe the Lord's justice has begun to be released in this order:
First - to Israel against her spiritual enemies;
Second - to the lovers of God who have been persecuted and destroyed for speaking the truth, demanding that governmental systems operate in the Divine order of the Lord and according to His will - particularly related to the election of God's elect;
and Third - corporately as nations to those whose physical and spiritual beings have been desecrated and destroyed by the Beast agenda (think the WHO, WEF, COVID, poisoning of food and water supplies, etc.).
How to Respond
- Trust the Lord. Obey His voice fully and quickly.
- Pray these Psalms aloud to the Lord regularly.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You that Your grace is being prepared behind the scenes. Thank You that You are setting the conditions, and moving the pieces in to place for Your grace to be able to move forward powerfully and swiftly. Help me to keep my eyes and my heart trained on Your heart. Help me to hold on to Your grace and not let go. Release your justice to the people of Israel, to your persecuted lovers and bring restoration for the destruction and desecration that has been wrought on the Body of Christ.
- Declare, Remember your promises to us, for darkness covers the land, giving the violent ones a hiding place. Don’t let these insults continue. Can’t you see that we are your downtrodden and oppressed people? Make the poor and needy into a choir of praise to you! Don’t ignore these ignorant words, this continual mocking. Rise up, God; it’s time to defend yourself from all this. Never forget what your adversaries are saying. For their rage and uproar rise continually against you. It’s time to stand up to them!
Psalms 74:20-23 TPT - Decree, This is the time to mount the Lord’s grace. He has prepared it behind the scenes for this time. My job is to get into position and guide this powerful racehorse of grace by keeping my eyes and my heart trained on the Lord’s heart. If I do that, I cannot fail or drift out of my lane. I will see the Lord’s justice for Israel, for the persecuted believers and for the desecration and destruction that has been wrought on the Body of Christ.
