Today’s Reading:
Isaiah 61
John 10
Romans 5

The mighty Spirit of Lord Yahweh is wrapped around me because Yahweh has anointed me, as a messenger to preach good news to the poor. He sent me to heal the wounds of the brokenhearted, to tell captives, “You are free,” and to tell prisoners, “Be free from your darkness.” I am sent to announce a new season of Yahweh’s grace and a time of God’s recompense on his enemies, to comfort all who are in sorrow, to strengthen those crushed by despair who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful bouquet in the place of ashes, the oil of bliss instead of tears, and the mantle of joyous praise instead of the spirit of heaviness. Because of this, they will be known as Mighty Oaks of Righteousness, planted by Yahweh as a living display of his glory.
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭61‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I heard the Spirit of the Living God, the Redeemer & One True King say,
Redemption is My Name. I Am the One who redeems the whole world and sets the captives free. This is an active, present reality, not a past tense fact. Your worth is measured by the price I paid. I paid it all. I paid the highest price anyone could pay. I far exceeded any price a mere mortal could pay. I lavished My love, My life, My forgiveness, My perfection on you to restore humanity to Myself, to restore you — very specifically you — back to Myself. I Am the Redeemer of your past, your present as fleeting as it is, and your future. I hold it all in My hand, and I say you are worthy of the price. I said you’re worthy of the price. You will continue to be and will always be worthy of the price to Me.

And this hope is not a disappointing fantasy, because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us! For when the time was right, the Anointed One came and died to demonstrate his love for sinners who were entirely helpless, weak, and powerless to save themselves. Now, would anyone dare to die for the sake of a wicked person? We can all understand if someone was willing to die for a truly noble person. But Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly! And there is still much more to say of his unfailing love for us! For through the blood of Jesus we have heard the powerful declaration, “You are now righteous in my sight.” And because of the sacrifice of Jesus, you will never experience the wrath of God.
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭5‬-‭9‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Redemption is only as trustworthy as the One who backs it up. I paid the full price. I laid out the full measure of Myself on the Cross, and I back it up with the fullness of My character, My Word and My Kingdom. As far as the East is from the West, that’s how far I’ve removed your guilt from you. I meet you where you are. I meet you in your sin, in your silence, in your suffering, in your pain. I meet you there, and My Presence hovers ready to bring the kiss and embrace of forgiveness, ready to bring the balm that heals and restores and wipes the slate clean.

So if while we were still enemies, God fully reconciled us to himself through the death of his Son, then something greater than friendship is ours. Now that we are at peace with God, and because we share in his resurrection life, how much more we will be rescued from sin’s dominion! And even more than that, we overflow with triumphant joy in our new relationship of living reconciled to God—all because of Jesus Christ!
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭10‬-‭11‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I’m here — ready, poised and able to be your everything, your all in all. All you can ever want, need or imagine lives inside of Me, exists and has it’s being inside of Me and because of Me. Whom or what shall you fear? I say you’re worthy of the price, and I paid far beyond the highest price. I said you are worthy of the price, and I say today, right now, you are worthy of the price. I will say it all eternity long, you are worthy of the price. I determine your worth by the price I paid to redeem you. You are worthy of the highest price, and I paid it in full. Walk with me.

How to Respond

  • Worship the Lord. Live in awe and thanksgiving of your Redeemer and King, Jesus the Messiah.
  • Pray, Jesus, thank You for the price You paid to redeem me. I can’t fathom the suffering, the pain, the torment or the weight that You carried — all to redeem my soul from hell, all to restore my life and relationship with You. Help me to live a life that reflects the exceedingly high price You paid to redeem me. Help me to live a life that honors Your sacrifice and suffering.
  • Declare, I agree with the words of King Jesus, my Redeemer, who said — My own sheep will hear my voice and I know each one, and they will follow me. I give to them the gift of eternal life and they will never be lost and no one has the power to snatch them out of my hands. My Father, who has given them to me as his gift, is the mightiest of all, and no one has the power to snatch them from my Father’s care. The Father and I are one.
    John‬ ‭10‬:‭27‬-‭30‬ ‭TPT‬‬
  • Decree, King Jesus is the One who determines my worth, and He says that I am worthy of the highest price. He doesn’t just say it. He backed it up by sacrificing Himself — His reputation, His earthly position, His body and His life. He is my Redeemer and King. I am worthy of His love, because He said I am, and because His actions backed up His declaration. I will live in a way that honors His sacrifice, His suffering and the price He paid to redeem, restore and breathe new life into me.
