Psalm 126
“O sing and make melody, you steadfast lovers of God. Give thanks to him every time you reflect on his holiness! I’ve learned that his anger lasts for a moment, but his loving favor lasts a lifetime! We may weep through the night, but at daybreak it will turn into shouts of ecstatic joy.”

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
This is the joy comes in the morning phase. You have mourned for the nighttime, and it has extended. It has been and has felt like an over-extended period of darkness. But the sun is rising on your morning of full joy. Joy is here to celebrate. Joy is here to delight. Joy is here that will set your feet to dancing. Get up, rise up and receive the full measure of My joy. It is your strength for the days ahead. And it is My portion poured out to you — overflowing joy — that will bring healing to your body and refreshing and prosperity to your soul.
“O Lord, my healing God, I cried out for a miracle and you healed me! You brought me back from the brink of death, from the depths below. Now here I am, alive and well, fully restored!”
Psalms 30:2-3 TPT
Your heart has been sick with the darkness that surrounded you for too long. But now it is rising up strengthened, healthy and stout, because of the uncontainable, immeasurable joy that I Am pouring into it. You will be like a fountain of joy, overflowing, because I have filled you to the overflow. As you keep agreeing with joy, choosing joy and releasing joy wherever you go, the supply will be unlimited and sustained. The key to overflowing joy, is to start spreading it, to agree with it, to foster and to keep it, to wear it and to slather it on your face. Your joy season is here. Your unrestrained, unlimited joy season starts now. Walk in it. Skip in it. Delight in it. Twirl in it. Sing, jump and dance in it. It’s all for you. Give this joy away as freely as you have received it, and watch how things unfold.
“Then he broke through and transformed all my wailing into a whirling dance of ecstatic praise! He has torn the veil and lifted from me the sad heaviness of mourning. He wrapped me in the glory-garments of gladness. How could I be silent when it’s time to praise you? Now my heart sings out, bursting with joy— a bliss inside that keeps me singing, “I can never thank you enough!””
Psalms 30:11-12 TPT
Your repayment for what was lost and stolen and even hidden in the dark night that kept extending — you will be repaid for it ten-fold. The ten-fold dilemma is this — My passion for repayment may not end there. It may keep flowing. But you will lose count when the repayment hits ten-fold. My zeal for you is unending. My delight, mercy and grace over you is for healing, for joy and repayment of every kind. I won’t hold back My blessing and grace. Don’t hold back your joy and thanksgiving. Some of My measures are immeasurable. Get ready. It’s going to be immeasurably good — starting today.
How to Respond
- Worship and delight in the Lord.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for seeing me. Thank You for knowing every aspect and every detail of my life. Thank You for appointing today as the dawn of my joy comes in the morning phase, for my over-filling with joy and for ten-fold plus repayment for all that was lost, stolen, broken and destroyed during the over-extended period of darkness that has hung around me. Lord, You are so good to me. Help me to be that fountain of joy that sprays all over everyone anywhere near me.
- Declare, “When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad.”
Psalm 126:1-3 ESV - Decree, I choose joy. I will be a bubbling, bursting volcanic fountain of joy that cannot be contained. I will bless the Lord and give Him all of my praise. I receive the gift of His overflowing joy. I rise up and say YES to His announcement of my joy comes in the morning phase starting today. And I say amen to the ten-fold plus repayment that He has decreed over me. I will sing, dance, run and skip for joy. No one will be able to miss it when they see me. Everything is changing in my life — for the better, starting now.
