Today’s Reading:
Luke 19
Isaiah 2
Philippians 2
“When Jesus got to that place, he looked up into the tree and said, “Zacchaeus, hurry on down, for I must stay at your house today!” So he scurried down the tree and found himself face-to-face with Jesus.”
Luke 19:5-6 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Offer up a pure sacrifice of praise to your risen King. Truth follows me wherever I go, and just like I told Zaccheus, I’m coming to your house today. For those who have been watching Me from a distance, I Am coming to dine with them. I’m coming for a personal engagement. And for those who desire Me, for whom I Am their heart’s desire, I’m coming to your house today.
“Zacchaeus was amazed over his gracious visit to his home and joyously welcomed Jesus. Zacchaeus stood in front of the Lord and said, “Half of all that I own I will give to the poor. And Lord, if I have cheated anyone, I promise to pay them back four times as much as I stole.” Jesus said to him, “Your repentance shows that today life has come to you and your household, and that you are a true son of Abraham. The Son of Man has come to seek out and to give life to those who are lost.””
Luke 19:8-10 TPT
I Am coming in truth and victory. Everywhere I tread, I Am victorious. All kings and princes must bow before Me. The victories that I will parade before you as I come, as I enter are staggering. You will be reminded of the many impossible situations, powers and kingdoms I have overthrown. And I’m coming to your house today. What needs to be overthrown in your heart? What needs to be overthrown and demolished in your house? I’m coming for it and I’m coming for intimate, heart-to-heart, face-to-face connection today. First I Am coming to the throne of your heart. Then I will come for the thrones of this nation. The shaking has begun, but it will increase. I’m stepping it up in altitude and in intensity. The tops of the mountains will shake, and every resistant and demonic throne will crumble and bow before Me. This is a transformational time. This is a confrontational time. I Am directly challenging the thrones and forces of darkness, and the increase of My reign, My Kingdom and the fame of My Name will be the resulting end.
“The pride of man will be humbled And the loftiness of men will be abased; And the Lord alone will be exalted in that day, But the idols will completely vanish. Men will go into caves of the rocks And into holes of the ground Before the terror of the Lord And the splendor of His majesty, When He arises to make the earth tremble.”
Isaiah 2:17-19 NASB1995
There are no ifs or buts about it. The power of the risen King vastly supersedes the powers of evil and darkness, and I Am on the move. I Am carrying My victories with Me. I will parade these previous victories before the enemy. He knows I’ve never lost, and I’m coming to your house today. First the personal, then the national. I’m coming to your house today. Prepare a place for Me.
How to Respond
- Worship the Lord and prepare a place for Him.
- Pray, Lord, You are most welcome here with me. Purify my heart Lord. Examine me and cleanse me of all unrighteousness. I want to be holy and acceptable before You. I desire You Lord, and I love the truth. Thank You for the many victories that You have won in my personal life and throughout human history. Help me to recognize those and celebrate them afresh.
- Declare, “The authority of the name of Jesus causes every knee to bow in reverence! Everything and everyone will one day submit to this name—in the heavenly realm, in the earthly realm, and in the demonic realm. And every tongue will proclaim in every language: “Jesus Christ is Lord Yahweh,” bringing glory and honor to God, his Father!”
Philippians 2:10-11 TPT - Decree, I bow my heart and my knee to the risen king, Jesus. The Lord is on the move — in power, might and victory. And He is coming to directly encounter people today. He is addressing the thrones of people’s hearts and then He will challenge the thrones of the nation. All will bow before Him. He never lies. He never fails. And He never loses. He is the ever-victorious King, the Lord of all.
