Today’s Reading:
Joshua 14
Habakkuk 2
Isaiah 43
Psalm 32

“Now then, give me this hill country about which the Lord spoke on that day, for you heard on that day that Anakim were there, with great fortified cities; perhaps the Lord will be with me, and I will drive them out as the Lord has spoken.” So Joshua blessed him and gave Hebron to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for an inheritance. Therefore, Hebron became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite until this day, because he followed the Lord God of Israel fully.”
‭‭Joshua‬ ‭14‬:‭12‬-‭14‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
My anointed ones are rising with spears in their hands and swords in their belt. In their right and is a spear and a shield in their left. My grace is on the pioneers to run, to leap, to make great strides and to succeed. Much will be accomplished in a short time for these brazen pioneers who have no fear of man and no intention in looking back once they’ve started. Where we are going is uncharted territory, but you will recognize that you are living in echoes of history. They were those of the same spirit, the Joshua and Caleb spirit, who have gone before you. They were the few, not the many. They were the brave and the bold, not the cowards or the timid.

“Then the Lord answered me and said, “Record the vision And inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run.”
‭‭Habakkuk‬ ‭2‬:‭2‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

Failure is not an option, because you are building the new day with your hands. The vision and the dream that is burned into your heart must succeed because the future depends upon it. There’s no looking back and no backing up. Heaven’s eye is on you. I Am guarding you and keeping you and guiding your forth with My eye. Whom or what shall you fear? It can get lonely out there for a pioneer. Moments and situations arise that may make you question your choices and what you’ve heard from Me, whether you really heard from Me. This is why it’s vital, absolutely vital that you write down the vision and make it plain — so that when YOU run with it, you don’t go astray. You don’t get drawn off-track by other options, other opportunities, doors and distractions. What did I say? What is the vision? Keep it plain and simple. A plan succeeds or fails on the basics, the fundamentals.

“Stop dwelling on the past. Don’t even remember these former things. I am doing something brand new, something unheard of. Even now it sprouts and grows and matures. Don’t you perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and open up flowing streams in the desert.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Trust that I will guide you there, that I will get you there. And trust your ability to hear My voice. The time for second guessing and dancing in doubt is through. My message is plain. My instruction is clear. Even if it is not the full blueprint, even if it is not the full map or picture or song, you have the step you are to take. You have the basis for the structure which I Am calling you to build. Don’t get sidetracked, and don’t be moved. Do the work I’ve put in your hand, and call Me faithful. I’m always faithful. I’m always right here. Trust your ability to hear My voice. And trust My faithful hand to guide you unerringly as you build the new day. Fear and doubt have no place here. Do not allow them to creep in or to tread here. Yours is a place of inheritance, freedom and abundance that prospers. Don’t cling to the past. Don’t cling to expectations. Allow me to guide you out into the wilderness — as a returning conquerer this time, so you can build the new day.

How to Respond

  • Pray, Lord, give me the courage and clarity to move forward in bold, undeterred confidence. Make the vision plain for me. Help me to put guards on my eyes, so I do not get distracted or drawn off-course.
  • Declare, I hear the Lord saying, “I will stay close to you, instructing and guiding you along the pathway for your life. I will advise you along the way and lead you forth with my eyes as your guide.
    Psalms 32:8
  • Decree, I will revisit the wilderness as a conqueror, and this time I will build there successfully. The Lord has made the vision plain. He has given me the first steps, and He is always faithful. The place that I called wilderness will now be the place that I abide in Him, prosper and build the new day.
