And it will be said, “Build up, build up, prepare the way, Remove every obstacle out of the way of My people.” For thus says the high and exalted One Who lives forever, whose name is Holy, “I dwell on a high and holy place, And also with the contrite and lowly of spirit In order to revive the spirit of the lowly And to revive the heart of the contrite.

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
This place you are perched has you blocked off from the people of the world. Will you leave this perch and go to them? Will you go to them and share My love and speak My Name? Will you go down to them in the light of the Son with the fire of your heart burning like a torch for those who don’t yet know Me?
And if you give yourself to the hungry And satisfy the desire of the afflicted, Then your light will rise in darkness And your gloom will become like midday. And the Lord will continually guide you, And satisfy your desire in scorched places, And give strength to your bones; And you will be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.

Will you leave the safety and seclusion of your perch to go down to the people that I love, that I see, that I made with My words and in whose lungs I breathed the breath of life? Will you go and love My people? It requires you to get close to them, to get dirty, sweaty and sticky. It also bears the fruit of more joy than you can ever know from the safety and seclusion of your perch.
Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; You will raise up the age-old foundations; And you will be called the repairer of the breach, The restorer of the streets in which to dwell.

I’m inviting you and drawing you down from that perch to be amongst the people, to minister to the people, to love the people to bless the people, to heal the people and to cast out demons in My Name. This doesn’t happen from afar. It’s an up close and personal ministry. Will you come?
How to Respond
- Give the Lord your yes even before He calls you to action.
- Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for Your invitation to be a blessing, a vessel and a conduit of Your love to people who do not know You yet. Help me to walk in obedience, wisdom, discernment and love wherever You call me to go and among whatever people You call me to bless.
- Declare, Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
Isaiah 6:8 NASB1995 - Decree, I accept every invitation of the Lord. I will move forward and do what He asks me to do, even if it makes me uncomfortable. The best things in life live on the other side of discomfort. I will be a blessing, a voice and a vessel that shares the love of Christ and ministers the Gospel of the Kingdom to His people — including those who do not yet know Him.
