The mighty Spirit of Lord Yahweh is wrapped around me because Yahweh has anointed me, as a messenger to preach good news to the poor. He sent me to heal the wounds of the brokenhearted, to tell captives, “You are free,” and to tell prisoners, “Be free from your darkness.” I am sent to announce a new season of Yahweh’s grace and a time of God’s recompense on his enemies, to comfort all who are in sorrow, to strengthen those crushed by despair who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful bouquet in the place of ashes, the oil of bliss instead of tears, and the mantle of joyous praise instead of the spirit of heaviness. Because of this, they will be known as Mighty Oaks of Righteousness, planted by Yahweh as a living display of his glory.
Isaiah 61:1-3 TPT
I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
My glory is rising and is hovering over the ashes. Where the enemy tried to take you out, where the struggle led to some sort of collapse, where hope fell to the ground, where the heaviness of your heart didn’t permit you to move forward, My Spirit, My glory is hovering over the ashes of defeat. My Spirit is stirring the places of destruction, disillusionment, default and hope deferred. And I Am causing the winds of change to sweep over them.
Because you received a double dose of shame and dishonor, you will inherit a double portion of endless joy and everlasting bliss! “For I, Yahweh, love fairness and justice, and I hate stealing and sin. I will rightly repay them because of my faithfulness and enter into an everlasting covenant with them.
Isaiah 61:7-8 TPT
These winds are reconstituting what was lost. What seemed way too far gone and lost forever, I Am creating a foundation for, a firm foundation, and I will establish it afresh.
What has been destroyed and has been left in a place that seems like unending waiting, I Am changing the winds over it. My glory is rising upon it. My breath is blowing upon it, and My winds of change are resurrecting and reconstituting it. I will establish what was lost, destroyed, delayed, deferred and that which fell into default. And the agility that My Spirit and My breath and My directed winds of change bring will cause a great multi-directional, multi-purpose functionality to what had been given up as dead, to what had been seen as a heap of ashes.
Nations will see your victory-vindication, and every king will witness your blinding radiance! You will be called by a brand-new name, given to you from the mouth of Yahweh himself. You will be a beautiful crown held high in the hand of Yahweh, a royal crown of splendor held in the open palm of your God! You will never again be called the Abandoned One, nor will your land be called Deserted. But you will be called My Delight Is in You, and your land My Beloved Wife, for Yahweh finds his delight in you and he married your land.

The ashes of defeat will not define you. They will not be your portion. The place of ongoing waiting will not be yours any longer. You are coming into purpose. You are coming into reconstituted, revived, reestablished dreams, hopes, promises that have long been forfeited or given up as lost. And the way that you take hold of these, the way that you take ownership and assert great authority and right over these will not only usher in destiny, but it will absolutely terrify the enemy and put him on the run. This kind of resurrection, reconstitution, reestablishment and blessing of power and agility will mark you and will take you forward in ways and to places you’ve never known. Watch as My glory hovers. Watch as My winds of change stir. I Am setting You up for a destiny shift.
How to Respond
- Stir up thanksgiving in your heart, and stir up your faith for change and good.
- Pray, Holy Spirit come. Hover over my life. Hover over my places of defeat — places that the enemy destroyed, dismantled and left me in hope deferred. Help me to get my hopes up. Help me to see and sense as Your Spirit moves over my life. I’m ready to receive the change, the revival, the resurrection, reestablishment, reconstitution and renewal that You have for me. I want to move with You into that destiny shift and assert my right as Your son/daughter to move in power in the places You have marked out for me.
- Declare, See? Yahweh has proclaimed to the ends of the earth: Tell my daughter, Zion, “Look, here comes your Deliverer! See? He’s bringing his reward, and his recompense goes before him.” They will be called His Holy People, The Redeemed of Yahweh. And you will be known as Those Whom God Loves, A City Not Abandoned.
Isaiah 62:11-12 TPT - Decree, What the enemy meant for evil, the Lord will turn for my good. I will not stay in this place of destruction, defeat, default and hope deferred. The glory of the Lord is hovering over every part of my life that the enemy has taken out or worn me down, and He is breathing resurrection. He is stirring the winds of change and reconstitution. He will rebuild and reestablish those, and He will bring great agility and power as He shifts me from desolation and despondency into destiny.
