Today’s Reading:
Philippians 4
Isaiah 54

“Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let your joy overflow! And let gentleness be seen in every relationship, for our Lord is ever near.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Trust Me to be your Source of joy, and war to keep your joy. The enemy is coming against mindsets right now. He’s coming against hope, plans and futures. He wants to cut your expectations off at the knees. War to keep your joy, and you will see your rightful, appointed end. The war over your heart and mind is real. Do not agree with despair. Do not partner with doubt (James 1). Partner with Me. Be entwined as one with Me. (John 15) And give the enemy no room. Do not be moved. Take every thought captive, and make it bow in obedience to Me.

“Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Jesus Christ.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Dance. War with dance. War with song. War with testimony. You keep control of your mind and heart and emotions, and cause the enemy to flee. I have great plans for you in this new day, this new season, and the enemy is attacking what I Am birthing for you, in you and through you. So be on red alert, your enemy the devil roams around like a prowling lion, seeking whom he may devour. Be unflappable. Be untouchable. Be more slippery than him. I will give you the ability to slide out of situations and conversations that are working to bring negativity and doubt. Some of these conversations you can redirect. But in many, most of these negative conversations — your response needs to be to walk away. I will give you discernment on where correction will help, and where walking away is the message that needs to be sent.

“Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭8‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Protect your mind by setting up guards on your eye gates and your ear gates. These are the places that Satan loves to attack joy, that he loves to bring lies and a false report or a bad report that is contrary to My Word and My perspective. Stay disciplined in what you allow in, and be quick to repel and shut down the attacks on your joy. It is your strength for the days ahead. It is what will help you raise your expectation to reach your desired end. That is what Satan is attacking, so go on offense. Shield your mind, and fill it with good things. Let your heart overflow with remembrances of My blessing, and pour out faithfulness everywhere you go. This is a war for your mind, your joy, your hope and your future. You can’t avoid it. You must tackle it head on.

How to Respond

  • Pray, Holy Spirit thank You for being my strong tower of refuge and strength, for being my very present help in times of trouble, for being my wraparound shield and my sword. Help me to get my mindset into alignment with Heaven. Help me to stir up and activate the joy You have placed inside of me, and help me to war effectively and aggressively to keep it.
  • Declare, “But I promise you, no weapon meant to hurt you will succeed, and you will refute every accusing word spoken against you. This promise is the inheritance of Yahweh’s servants, and their vindication is from me,” says Yahweh.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭54‬:‭17‬ ‭TPT‬‬
  • Decree, I will have my expected end. I will war for my mindset, my joy, my hope and my future. The enemy will not prevail against me. I will rebuff his attacks and set him to flight. I am protecting my ear gates, my eye gates, and I will only partner with the words the Lord has spoken over me. The enemy has no place to land in my life. I will be more slippery than him when it comes to protecting my mindset and my destiny.
