Today’s Reading:
Ephesians 3
Psalm 84

So I kneel humbly in awe before the Father of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah, the perfect Father of every father and child in heaven and on the earth. And I pray that he would unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power.
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭14‬-‭16‬ ‭TPT‬‬

I heard the Spirit of the Living God say,
Choose your own adventure. We are coming to a divergent path, to a significant and notable fork in the road, and you get to choose. There’s no middle ground with this fork. You must choose.

Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life. Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬-‭19‬ ‭TPT‬‬

This is not a time for the same old same old. This is a time to make a choice that puts you in a different direction. Even though the lights may seem very bright on it, the lights are a sign and a pulse that My breath is on it, My life is in it. The route that seems flat and plain and familiar will be just that. This is a time to choose adventure. This is a time to face down and laugh at fear. This is a time to rise above what you thought was possible.

Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you. Now we offer up to God all the glorious praise that rises from every church in every generation through Jesus Christ—and all that will yet be manifest through time and eternity. Amen!
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭TPT‬‬

The unexpected fork, the road less traveled, the one that teems with life, light and adventure is the one to choose. Don’t shy away from it. Don’t stall, delay or back up. It’s your choice. You can choose the usual way. But I have provided a way that teems with adventure, that meets your heart’s cry for adventure. My grace, love and peace is for you. And I Am opening up a path to great adventure. Choose it. Delight in it. Walk and run and drive on it. It’s time for a change. This is it.

How to Respond

  • Position yourself with your ear on the Lord’s heart.
  • Pray, Holy Spirit thank You that You see me and know me, that You lead me into all truth, that You comfort me, guide me and make a way for me. Help me to recognize the fork in the road. Help me to not be intimidated by the choice you are opening up for me that will mean change and adventure. I don’t want to take the path that seems predictable. I desire to go on adventure with You to the place You have provided in the way that You are opening up.
  • Declare, For the Lord God is brighter than the brilliance of a sunrise! Wrapping himself around me like a shield, he is so generous with his gifts of grace and glory. Those who walk along his paths with integrity will never lack one thing they need, for he provides it all! O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, what euphoria fills those who forever trust in you!
    ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭84‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ ‭TPT‬‬
  • Decree, I have desired adventure, and the Lord is bringing a choice and opportunity for me to move into adventure. I will not choose the road well traveled and more familiar. I will make the choice that the Lord’s life and breath and vibrancy is on. I will choose the adventure He has prepared for me. I will choose His changes and His glorious future for me.
